Conjures a dream for a target, which the skill user can enter and freely move about in. It can also pull the target directly into said dream, causing them to fall asleep.

Notes

Can be resisted with strong enough willpower. Effects intensified when the skill user touches the target directly. Can be greatly enhanced by consuming a magic crystal.
